Current Opportunities
Dredge Operators
We’re seeking experienced Mechanical Dredge Operators skilled in operating large clamshell dredges. In this role, you’ll perform underwater excavation using Dredge Pack positioning systems and load dredged material into scows moored alongside the dredge. Candidates must hold an NCCO or equivalent license for lattice cranes.
Dredge Engineers
We’re seeking a Dredge Engineer, who will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing all engines and ancillary machinery aboard the dredge. This includes derrick boats, portable pumps, welding machines, power-driven anchor winches, workboats, and launches. We’re looking for experienced engine room personnel who take pride in keeping our equipment running smoothly.
MATES
Mates play a critical role in dredge positioning and deck operations. Responsibilities include operating winches for anchor cables and scows, troubleshooting dredge breakdowns, changing digging buckets, maintaining deck lines, and ensuring smooth deck operations. Mates are also expected to lead deckhands in carrying out maintenance and repairs.
